it's a guaranteed scam. It's probably a scam if you see any one of these names.
The new one on the list is Sir Isaac Newton, who apparently discovered the formula for BrainPlus IQ about 350 years ago, and left it in his notes for us to discover.

If you look at my other posts -- on Neurocell, Synagen, Cogniq, Alpha ZXT, Intellux, Brainfire, Brainstorm, etc., you'll see a lot of similarities.
In other words, the reason that you know they are ALL fake is that they keep recycling the same celebrity "endorsements," but with different product names. I would love to know just what's going on behind the scenes here -- quite possibly, whoever first came up with the idea of the fake report simply sells the "use" of the report to anyone who wants to sell sugar pills for big bucks. Of course, since everyone in this business has no ethics whatsoever, I suppose that many of the sellers have simply lifted the fake report from somewhere else, and substituted in the name for their own fake product.
Anyway, the people who make and use these fake news reports are slimeballs and they are taking advantage of gullible senior citizens and other people who would like to believe that a pill can make their brains work better. As far as I've been able to tell, nobody has actually done anything about this yet, although it's been going on since at least June 2015, under a plethora of different names. That's right -- none of the aforementioned celebrities have put a stop to this blatant misuse of their good names, CNN hasn't done anything (although usually it's a fake CNN report) and the FTC hasn't done anything (as far as I can tell).
I'm glad that a lot of people are finding my posts, and that at least some purchases are prevented. But if you got here, it's only because you were smart enough to type a search like "BrainPlus IQ Anderson Cooper" or something like that. If you just typed "BrainPlus IQ Scam" or "Neurocell Scam" you would just find page of fake sites that if you look at them, do not expose the scam. They are simply sites used by these pill-pushers to make it harder for you to find posts like this one.
Since these things tend to disappear and reappear elsewhere, I've reproduced the BrainPlus IQ article, minus the sidebars, below, for posterity, and for the FTC investigation. Yes, if you see this, and especially if you have been scammed, call the FTC (877-382-4357), give them the reference number (65703157), and ask them what the status of their investigation is.

I haven't scoured this one for logical inconsistencies etc -- I really haven't even read it, because it makes me so mad. But I note that at the end it says that "One Month Later: Alan Can Now Read 200 words per minute . . . ." That's a tipoff right there -- anybody who knows anything about anything knows that 200 words per minute is painfully slow; at best low-average for people who aren't even trying. Beware of anybody selling you brain medicine who doesn't even know what a respectable reading speed is.

My best friend James was swearing this stuff was the best thing since sliced bread.. i couldn't believe it and had to do some research on my own which is how I found this article.
